The rules that apply to advertisers, creators, and everyone on Hire My Space.
1. Advertiser Rules
All campaigns must comply with X's Paid Partnership Policy. Creators choose whether their sponsored posts carry X's "Paid partnership" label, and some brands prefer they don't. Certain niches are restricted or banned by region: alcohol is restricted in some regions (e.g. India, UAE, Saudi Arabia); gambling is restricted in some regions (e.g. India, UAE, Singapore); tobacco, weapons, and adult content are banned globally. Bids are non-refundable once a campaign goes live. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their campaign messages and for ensuring that content complies with X's rules before submission. If you're posting on behalf of a company or brand, you're responsible for having the authority and approvals to do so; Hire My Space does not verify this and is not responsible for your legal compliance.
2. Creator Rules
Creators must publish the sponsored content as agreed when they are matched to a campaign. X requires the Paid partnership label on posts that are part of a paid partnership. Without it a post can be removed and the account restricted, and the creator is responsible for any disclosure the law requires where they live. Creators must keep their X account in good standing and keep the sponsored post live and unedited until the campaign ends. A post that is deleted or edited early is not paid, and repeated violations result in account suspension.
3. Platform Policies
Bot engagement, fake follower counts, and any form of inauthentic traffic are prohibited and result in immediate account suspension. Off-platform payments are not permitted: advertisers and creators must transact only through Hire My Space, both to keep the leaderboard honest and to protect all parties from fraud. Circumventing the platform to negotiate private sponsorship deals with matched creators or advertisers is treated as a violation of these policies. If a campaign doesn't meet our content policy and is submitted anyway, we take it down and remove it from the leaderboard as soon as we catch it, with no refund, regardless of when in the campaign this happens. Hire My Space reserves the right to remove any campaign or suspend any account that violates these rules at any time, with no refund.
